If you have been sent the wrong item:

We're sorry this has happened! Our team work hard to fulfil every order correctly but due to the quantity of orders we receive, unfortunately and in very rare cases, human errors can happen.

In the event you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

Your order number, the name of the item you did not receive, the name of the item you received in its place, a clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Offers: 

Crown Jewellers UK periodically offers deals and discounts on our site. We fully reserve the right to discount products at our discretion. Please note, if an offer is made live after you have placed your order, this does not entitle you to a partial refund.

Returning items on offer:

If your item was purchased under a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer and you would like to return it, we can only continue the request if both of the items are returned. We will not accept any returns if the free item is kept.

If you purchased an item at a discounted price and return the item when the offer is no longer live, you will only be refunded the amount you paid for the item.

We have a 30-day return policy, so we can issue a refund and return if you're unsatisfied up to 30 days after you've received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@crownjewellersuk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you istructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll either send you a new one out or make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received  your return,If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
